CAN YOU TELL THE TIME BOTH WAYS?

These two activities are great ways to learn to tell the time. [look for the ‘hand‘ and ‘click here to start’]

1. TELLING TIME PRACTICE – drag the hands of the clock to tell the time

2. BANG ON TIME – stop the clock when it tells the time correctly

Keep practising at home until you can tell the time correctly on the clock face (This is called the analogue time).  🙂

3. DIGITAL TIME – test yourself to see if you can tell the time on the clock as digital time [Go to Teachers Toolkit and choose 12 HOUR CLOCK]

OUR SILKWORMS ARRIVE!

This week we have silkworms in our classroom.  There are six silkworms that have hatched into moths.  There are some spinning their cocoons.  There’s also a newborn silkworm too.  The silkworms are eating lots of mulberry leaves.  It’s soooooooo exciting having silkworms in our classroom!
