Remember when you are making up your collage, that you need different sections to show all the different CHARACTERISTICS of JAPANESE CULTURE.
Here is the example we talked about when we started our own Culture Collages, to give you some ideas.

Day: November 19, 2018
MAKERSPACE – JAPANESE CHILDREN’S DAY – CRAFTS
You worked really well at all the different activities on offer on Friday. Origami is a very traditional Japanese craft and your Samurai helmets looked great. The carp flags to fly at your house to show how many boys are in your family on Kodomohi looked great. The dolls also looked very colourful. Some people still have to finish some of their crafts, but here you can see how good they looked. Well done, people! Mrs Veary 🙂

Makerspace – Constructing our Shelves
What an awesome team we had to construct our new shelves!!! You worked together as a team: talking to each other, helping, discussing, but most of all you were sharing ideas and suggestions as you created a beautiful set of shelves (drawers) from a bunch of different sized pieces of plastic!!
Then – when it was sloping and not standing up correctly, you fixed the glitch and made it work!
