POP ART PROJECT

Our next art project is a piece of Pop Art using Australian animal line drawings.  Pop Art was meant to be fun and used bright colours.

ANDY WARHOL was a famous Pop Artist in the 1950s and 1960s in America.  Look at the colours he used for his prints of Marilyn Monroe.  These are the colours we will be using.

You were awesome on Friday!  I loved the way you looked like real Australian Animals and you spoke so well, sharing with your parents what you have learned during our inquiry.  I was proud of you all!
